Do you want to buy a wall, or do you want to buy a mural?
Either way, I'd start by consulting the art department at your local community college. Next, go to your library. If that doesn't work, do you have an art museum in your location? You need to talk to somebody with connections.

If you want the wall to paint, get some sheet rock from a hardware store.
If you want a mural try muralsyourway.com or wallhogs.com
