I don't know why all the trailer trash fans of Nascar are making a fuss over the number 8? First of all, it's been proven most Nascar fans can't count that high. And second, The reason being is that they do not have that many teeth so again, they can't count that high. IT'S JUST A NUMBER! My first piece phone number was sybolic, but i don't care if someone calls her. I know it wouldn't matter to the redneck militia, they didn't have to leave the trailer for there first. ROFLMAO!

I'm a Nascar fan totally.. I have all my teeth and two college degrees so I can count beyond the #8.. The fuss is over family and tradition the number was his Uncle Ralphs Number. If you do not like Nascar why are you here... He is not getting the number 8, so I guess people like you who are not Nascar fans are happy,so go get a life somewhere else.

First of all, you have no reason to insult a fan of any kind of sport! Second, if you don't like racing, then why are you on this answer site! Third, if you had any brains about NASCAR, you would know the answer to the question that you just asked! honestly i don't understand why this is still such a hot topic we'll all find out soon enough who the sponsor is and what number jr will drive there are lots of speculations and guesses but truth is there are very few combos that havn't been taken i suggest 85 and really if you feel that way about it just letitgo and leave the worrying to us useless, toothless, inbred rednecks NEXT!

I'm a race car driver and a number means a lot. Once you have had it for a while it becomes a part of your racing career. Its not just a number.
