Is there a fourth dimension? If so, is the fourth dimension the spirit world as taught in the Bible?

Time is the fourth dimension, there are 11 total dimensions. You can study the eleventh by studying M-Theory/U-Theory and Supergravity

Actually, there is no compelling reason to think that time even exists, apart from human consciousness. In other words, we don't measure time... we create it... sort of... it is an illusion.

Also... dimensions are entirely arbitrary. Time is not THE 4th dimension... time can be considered as A 4th dimension... but so can any OTHER scalar that is appropriate to the immediate context. Our three 'spatial' dimensions are arbitrary scalars that are designated as THE three dimensions as a matter of convention and convenience, because they are useful in describing our world.

Here are some dimensional coordinates... 3, 4, 12, 5, 43, 156, 4, 6, 11, 6... a 10-dimensional world. Perfectly meaningless... until we provide a suitable context. 3rd floor of the library... 4th row of shelves... 12th section... 5th shelf from the bottom... 43rd book from the left... page 156... 4th paragraph... 6th line... 11th word... 6th letter.

For a mind-stretch, look up 'Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions'... an 1884 novella by Edwin Abbott. You can read the whole thing on the internet.

No the fourth dimension is not the spirit world. There are three dimensions of space and one of time. Time is often called the 4th dimension. Currently scientists postulate that there could be 10 or more dimensions. By the way, I am Christian.

Previous points about time are well-taken, but there is also an area of biological research that concerns itself with a fourth "fractal" dimension, which can help explain why the rules of the universe seem to vary according to the size of an organism. But I don't think this has anything to do with your spirit :)

Hi there! Of course I had to plead the 5th first(chuckles) When the moon is in the Seventh House And Jupiter aligns with Mars Then peace will guide the planets And love will steer the stars This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius The Age of Aquarius Harmony and understanding Sympathy and trust abounding No more falsehoods or derisions Golden living dreams of visions Mystic crystal revelation And the mind's true liberation BUT I think people don't realize that there is a 2 dimensional rift that obscures the other Dimensions! It is inter dimensionality. Thanks for the Fine Question! .

The fourth dimension is recognized to be time in most scientific communities. And according to M theory there are a total of 11 dimensions. Most of them, however we cannot see even though they are there. The 11th dimension is the multiverse though and it holds our universe and every other universe.

from a scientific standpoint, the 4th dimension is typically Time.

the 5th dimension is a musical group from the early 70's.
Oh, and a cool movie with Bruce Willis.

The Spirit World is not a dimension. It's a fantasy.

I've always seen the fourth dimension as space-time.

Fourth dimension, as theorized by Einstein (though it could still be seen as highly hypothetical in nature) is time. (as, if we experience this dimension, but are incapable of seeing it all at once, and thus seeing three-dimensional images as they move through time)

Yes there is. It is the Astral world and higher Mind spheres.
It is the place people go after their death until they realize that they are dead and move on to the next plane of existence and consciousness.
There is however a different approach relating the 4D and the upcoming spiritual changes about to occur on Earth.
Do some research and see for your self.
