i have to get rid of my pimples fast but i dont know how to do it!

Go swimming - you'll be surprised at how good pool water is at clearing up your skin. Getting some sun helps too
Also antibacterial soap is good (wash with hot water, and rinse with cold water at the end). Oxy pads and stridex pads are also helpful. If you have a lot of oil around your nose try baby powder (after washing)
