Are the District Attorneys evil for enforcing the laws? No!
Are the Police evil for enforcing the laws? No!
If not, why would the IRS be evil for enforcing the laws?

Yes. Your qualified tax account can prepare your taxes. An auditor from the IRS can get blood from a stone.

After a long talk with a very friendly individual from the IRS who has not influenced me in ANY way, I must recant my past statements. I am happy to pay my taxes. They are not evil

no. though they are not liked by alot of people, they are an important part of the us government and are needed for our country to function
