people grow till mid 20's and the way to make sure you do is by giving your body all the nutrients and vitamins it needs.
You have slowed down your growth yourself and your doctor should know this.
( i am 6 ft tall now and i grew at least an inch since i was 20)

drink milk, get some sunlight ( not too much).
get plenty of sleep that means don't stay up too late.

why is sunlight important?it processes vitamin D which is good for ur bones.

best time is during the morning. don't use sunblock for a few minutes like 5-10 on a hot day. otherwise sunblock or sunscreen is very important to avoid getting skin cancer or sunburns. but u need a little sunlight without sunblock on.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.
