can you used a train ticket two time i you went for a one way trip and they never checked your ticket

You must be talking about LIRR tickets, b/c with subways and buses, you have to swipe a metrocard in a machine- no attendants ever check your ticket. In which case, yes, you can use it again- as long as it hasn't been hole-punched the ticket.

You mean on the PATH, Metro North, or LIRR? If they didn't collect or punch it then yes, theoretically you could use it on the next trip as long as the ticket was still valid and for the right line and time. However, doing this cheats the MTA since you did get your ride but I know we have all felt cheated by them at one time or another so you will probably do it anyway.

I thought in New york you need one of those metrocards
to enter in the subway so of course they dont need
to check your ticket..

tht woulbe be okay the mistake is on the rr and you can reuse it.
