to see results and keep them you cant go "on" a diet - diet is a way of life, your new eating habits. you have to make healthy food choices and eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day, at least 8 glasses of water a day, lean protein, healthy fats and complex carbs.
running twice a week is not gona cut it - to see results you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week - if you are losing more its not fat you are losing but only water weight and muscle which means slowing down your metabolism and gaining it all back - you cant lose more than 2lbs of fat a week physically.

no..just a few times a week will not work. and running is very bad on your knees, ankle, hip joints. i'd walk at a fast pace. running does nothing for you, only burns calories. you should work out and lift weights, treadmill (walking), swim and vary your routine. and dothis at LEAST 3 times a week.

You could see results as soon as two weeks but most definitely in one month. It depends on how rigorous your runs are and exactly how many calories you are taking in.

1200 calories a day and 30+ minutes everyday. You'll lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week.So i'd say 3 to weeks and you'll feel your clothes getting looser...good luck
