Well...
I have a lot of piercings, so i can't really say what hurts and what doesn't as i have a good pain threshold
I think if you want it , GO FOR IT!
You can always take it out, if you hate it!
Think about it thoroughly though, as some people don't suit it at all, whilst it looks lovely on some. Plus it leaves a wee scar. lol.

My friend had one. Looked amazing. She said it irritated her gums a bit for awhile. But if you're the kind of person who likes piercings/tattoos, you know that it only hurts until its over! Then it's just sore until it heals! Monroes look great. I say go for it!

monroes r so cute.. i have one and i love it... it hurt a lil bit, and afterwards it felt like my lip was split open but im a huge baby when it comes to piercings, which us weird cause i have 7, lol =P

It's a peircing above the lip, and my friend has it, and she said it didn't hurt, and I think it looks good, just as long as you don't care that some stupid people judge you.
