i have a cosigner and pretty good credit..not excellent but alright...i need one of those loans that say they can have it to you in like 2 weeks...and its like a one time thing.....for like $2,000 and you dont have to pay back til after you graduate?

Go to your financial aid office and look into a stafford loan. While they might take longer the interest rates are better and a subsidized stafford doesnt earn interest while you are enrolled. Private loans accure immediately.

i would go with an online loan its easy and fast,the people will call or leave something to fill out and all u got to do is fill out the forms online.its depends what kind of a loan u need.
