Where can i get a high protein drink from? it has to be from U.K shops.

protein drinks are not good - they contain a lot of things you dont need.
the best is to buy protein powder and make shakes yourself - look for one that has at least 15g of protein per serving and as little carbs as possible since they come mostly from sugar (whey protein is the best natural gainer)
