Federal court judge blocked a move where local law enforcement agencies would report illegal aliens using false social security numbers to Homeland security. Nice to see my government working against itself. Not that there are terrorist hoping to do harm to the US or anything.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has been busted for hiring illegals all they got was a small fine and the illegals face no charges for turning in false documents and lying on I-9 forms and they were just fired and free to move on down the road. Those fines mean nothing nor does lying on I-9 forms mean anything, illegals laugh at I-9 laws as being an illegals best friend.

Probably not. However, if caught, they will be fined into oblivion if they cannot prove that their employees are legal. They can be fined $1,000 per incident per day if they are found out. Federal law requires that for each employee, the employer has to have a paper called an I-9 on file with two forms of proper ID (driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, etc) attached to prove that the employee is legal. A representative of the company must sign an affidavit at the bottom stating that the documents provided look authentic to them. The same is true for any business.

In Arizona it's not just staffing agencies, it's any business that is caught hiring illegals. So everyone can rejoice now, ooh we're cracking down, until hospitals are closed, power plants, supermarkets, and you have to suffer.

I don't think they will be forced to close their businesses on the first offense.
I would like to see a million dollar fine, for the first offense. If they do not terminate the employment of the illegals after 2 weeks, I would then hit them with a 2 million dollar fine.
After 30 days go by, and the illegals are still employed, then I would shut down the business and jail the employer.
Just like Baseball 3 strikes and you are out.

Wouldn't that be a good idea! Everyone who knowingly hires illegals should either be heavily fined and periodically checked on or closed down. What would Thomas Jefferson or George Washington do if they were here today? Are we ready for another tea party? We're too brainwashed as a country to stand up for anything. Now you know why some day we won't exist as a nation!

Probably The Government is going after those that hire Illegals and slapping them with huge monetary fines. Illegal is after all Illegal.
