Appart from ponytail and bun wat casual looking hair do can a 15 year old do for school (my niece as elbow height wavy beautiful hair, but just lets it down).

remember pony flips. split a pony tail and tuck it inside itself.
pig tails.
or i used to take a section of hair and wrap it around a partial pony tail at the crown of my head to cover the hair band. just use bobby pins to secure that section under the pony tail.
braids work.
those claws are still really popular. just twist up like you are making a french twist and claw it up. the rest falls loose and free.

To school I wear my hair down, but because it only hangs about 2 inches past my shoulders, I can get away with it. French plaits look nice and are smart as well.

a half ponytail, braids, piggy tails, and u could just curl it or something!
