I was still on probation and did very light mistake, and i don't have any choices. now I want to apply to any company with my 8 years experience as warehouse leader, do you think will be OK to put bad experience in post office or not in my resume?

I would say put it in, but don't mention that you were sacked. You will have to account for the 6 weeks gap in your work history, because they will still want to know what you were doing in that time.

You can always turn a negative experience into a positive one. Explain how you have learned from the mistakes you made, and benefitted from them. You are now stronger, more focused, and aware of areas you need to work on in future.

The post master asked you to resign for a "very light mistake" while you were on probation? The guy must be a real hard case or the mistake wasn't as light as you thought it was.

Anyway, you should put it on your resume/applications. Be honest. Potential employers will appreciate your honesty much more than they would if you tried to hide it (and they very easily can find out about it).

1 1/2 months in the post office probably shouldn't take away from your 8 years exp. espcially if it was a "light mistake". but if you're on probation and they're asking you to resign that's weird, they should just fire you. they might be trying to keep you from getting unemployement?? that did that to a friend of mine..made her resign after like 1/2 year so she couldn't get unemployement

you can put it there and if they ask then explain untill then dont say anything. good luck .
