First and formost you need to find a GOOD artist! look through alot of portoflios before you decide to jump in head first into such a large tattoo, make sure you find an artist who fits the style of work your looking to get. and as far as warping... all tattoos warp (migrate) on the body due to alot of factors such as weight gain and loss, child bearing, surgeries, ect. but if properly placed by an educated artist it will withstand the tests of time and you will be pleased with the tattoo for a lifetime. (and honestly when you 70 whos going to see your side and hips anyhow) enjoy it while your young.

It would be cool and it's not like it's on your wrist or anywhere that you can't hide easily. And if you get a good, reliable artist, you're pretty much guaranteed touch-ups forever.
As for warping, yeah, it will warp a lot more on you than it would on a guy. Women's bodies warp a lot more over time than men's bodies do, so yes, there will be some warping. Especially if you are planning on having children.
BUT... Here's the good news. What you are planning on getting has a lot of subject matter and flow and background, SO, when it warps, it will be a lot less noticeable. As opposed to getting one solid object on your ribs.
And as for you preachy people, shut up, seriously. Tattoos are awesome.

RE:
Tattoo Down your Side?
Does anyone of a tattoo like down there side or on the side of there hip? Does it look warped after awhile? I want to get the 7 deadly sins going down my side with the three/four horsemen of the apocalypes on the front of my hip im worried that it wont look lined up properly?

I have a sacred heart going down my side and it looks great. I love it. Its not like you are getting a tattoo on your forehead... Tattoos on your side are very easy to cover if you are concerned about what your job may think or how it will look when you get older. And the way I see it is your skin will be saggy and wrinkled when you are old anyway so who cares what your tattoos will look like when you 80??

I love the idea and I think it will work great. The key here is to find the right tattoo artist, and I stress artist. You need to find someone who will sit down with you and discuss exactly what it is that you want to achieve. You need a freehand artist and you need to see some of his work so that you can gauge his or her ability. Any tattoo artist who is any good will more than willingly help you get your design right.
As for the warping thing or distortion. We all change as we get older, but it is very rare for a modern tattoo to degrade to any great extent.

I hate to say this, but most likely eventually, you will be really, really sorry that you did this- if your do. It may not be for 5 yrs- maybe 10 or more, but eventually, you'll be sorry. Young people tend to not think that for MOST of their lives, they will be OLD people, not young and supposedly "hip" people. Two of my 3 daughters have tattoos and one has a job in a high power office where they are forbidden. She has to wear long-sleeves and slacks every day no matter how hot it is just to cover up the tattoos on her leg, wrist and arms. She is planning on spending several thousand dollars- her whole tax refund next year- to have them removed. My other daughter has tattoos that look horrible since she gained some weight after having babies. Think very carefully before doing this- it won't look so cool when you're 50, 60, 70, 80, 90!!!! YES, you WILL get there and be old just like the rest of us some day, and I promise your values will most likely change as you age! Good Luck!

Well, they'll probably get warped when you grow old and your skin sags.
But it sound pretty cool...maybe you could try full body henna or something.
