I just feel so bad for them, they are so brainwashed....a God that needed Jesus blood to wash sins away.....A god that punishes forever...its all so sick that they can fall for this stuff. I do hope they can wake up....Brainwashing is very powerful.....

I'd say while they will certainly keep bothering our children for another few years, thankfully the world is wise and their time is short. No, no sympathy for them. Forgive them their enormous debt to civilization. Let them become characters in a middle eastern park and fade into a history, reflected only by expressions of disbelief from history professors, novelty bags and the faces of bright clear minded children wondering at our stupidity.

I am sad for you, I don't understand how you can survive in a life without truth and hope and the love of the merciful God who loves unconditionally and gives true life. I resent that you call me brainwashed, I am an intelligent free thinker who is smart enough to distinguish truth from lies and independent enough to stand up for said truth unlike people (ahem you) who do not understand what is fact and what is the world's brainwashing views and feel that they need to broadcast their ignorance on the Internet.

It's not wishing HELL on anyone the bible says the one unforgivable sin is rejecting the Lord Jesus Christ. Put simple what have you lost by have excepting God & u go before him NOTHING you will spend eternity in Heaven, but what have you lost when you go before him & you have rejected him & denied him as your father EVERYTHING all you have to look forward to then is eternity burning in HELL. God doesn't punish you, you make the choices therefore you are doing it to yourself. You already know before you do & say things what the out come for your actions will be. So you are punishing yourself for the decisions you made. God Loves us & I can tell you when I was electrocuted for over a hour & even tho I wasn't living like I should, when I called out & ask him to help me he did at the precise moment when I ask he released my arm so that I could call for help.The rest of my body was frying but my rt arm released rt then. So aIl I can say from firsthand exp, Please get your heart right with God you may need to call on him yourself one day. They told me 1 more minute my heart are my brain would have blew, but my Heavenly father answered my call. And even tho I lost my memory, speach, had holes burn out of my body, black eyes & pinpoint hemmoraging threw out my body, I recovered all the way. And I only have My God to Thank for that.

I know all the Christians want to down this guy because hes asked such a dumb question. But dont worry I myself am a Christian and I do know what he means but, don't feel bad for us, be happy that we are loved and protected by our Lord. Hopefully one day you will the light and the Lord will touch your heart so that you can repent and be a Christian.

No more sorry than I feel for you and your ilk. Most of you self-proclaimed Atheists have limited to no knowledge of the concepts and theories behind Atheism, you just have faith that they are there. It also seems that you have nothing better to do than to condescend to other human beings, no more or less intelligent than yourselves, based upon a pedestal of religious/non-religious preferrence.
Only 2% of people are intelligent enough to make such assertions about other people, and I'm afraid most of you aren't in that category.

I don't worry about it. Not my job. Here is how I think about it. I figure, somebody with an average IQ can not grasp the ideas set down in science, I mean, that is pretty obvious. You can't really blame them if they can't understand. So, let them believe that the boggy man did it and the rest of society that is of higher intelligence can become educated and do wonderful things and move on.
