Does your little sister have any canned tomatoes? Any Italian Seasoning in the spice rack? Any onions?
If she has all that, have her cook the onions in a little oil until they are translucent (you can see a little through them). Then add the canned tomatoes with the juice and about a teaspoonful of the Italian Seasoning. Cook that 15 minutes while cooking the noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles, add a little butter, salt and pepper - mix the noodles - and then serve with the sauce.
I'm assuming when you said she doesn't have any sauce stuff for the alfredo, you meant she doesn't have any sauce stuff to go with the noodles - am I correct?
If she has nothing to make a sauce with, then just put butter, salt and pepper on the noodles and serve with some kind of meat and salad.
If she is supposed to make the noodles AND alfredo sauce, she needs to have butter, cream and shredded Parmesan cheese to make the Alfredo Sauce from scratch.
Please tell us what she has in the house to work with and I'm sure someone will be able to help.

Any kind of pasta is easy: elbows, shells, penne, rotini, etc.
If you don't have tomato sauce, use a canned cream soup.
Mushroom, Celery, Cream of Chicken, all work well.
You can throw in onions, celery, peas, corn, carrots, etc.
Or you make your own Alfredo style sauce:
Melt butter or margerine or oil in a heavy pan.
Add a few table-spoons of flour & stir until golden.
Add a cup of milk, blend in paste, add water if needed.
Chicken stock would be good too, or a bouillon cube.
Cook on low heat, stirring until it thickens, pour over pasta.

For the sauce, use olive oil, garlic, and parmesan cheese. You can substitute butter for the olive oil of you don't have any. For a variation on this theme, throw in a little crushed red pepper (like you get from pizza joints) and some lemon zest.

Here a chocolate milk shake for dessert
Three regular scoops of ice cream, 3 or 4 oz of chocolate syrup, in a large (20 to 25 oz) tumbler or in a regular Hamilton Beach Shake Blender or in a regular blender. Add milk so that the total volume is at least 16 to 18 oz. Mix Well. This is a shake. Its called an Egg Creme in New York. If you want to make it a malt, you simply add a spoonful of Malt Powder to the mix. Now you have a Chocolate Malt instead of a Chocolate Shake.
A second popular item from the early 50s is called a Chocolate Phosphate. Simply add 2 to 4 oz of Chocolate Syrup to 10 to 16 oz of Seltzer Water or Club Soda. Mix and there you are.
These beverages are best served in tall shake glasses(narrow at the bottom and wide at the top) with a couple of straws and maybe a long spoon for the shake when the ice cream is not completely blended.
well you need some tool to blend the milk the other ingredients.
a blender is a good thing as too are the hand held things with the little blade in the bottom
ok get some vannilla ice cream some chocolate syrup some milk. pour about one cup of milk into the blender . then add about 1/3 of a cup of chocolate syrup. now add two large scoops of ice cream. put the top on the blender turn it on slow then increase the speed to max. watch the ice cream get hit by the blades and mixed with the milk. once this all looks like a thick mixture and is chocolate coloured you can remove the top .
use a spoon to taste the mixture. add more chocolate and more ice cream as needed until your happy with the mix and the flavour. the milk shake should be rich thick and pour slowly but not to slowly . there should not be large lumps of ice cream in it if so mix it up some more.
there you have a milkshake

Put 5 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream in a blender (No Vanilla Bean, or French Vanilla, it takes away from the chocolate flavor), pour milk about half way up the ice cream... but go slow, you don't want it too runny. Next, use your favorite chocolate syrup, tip it upside down (open of course) over the blender and squeeze, I like it chocolatey, so I prefer for about 10 seconds in a circular motion. Next, put the lid on and blend away. Enjoy!!!!!

My mom taught me how to make chocolate milkshakes long ago. They're still my favorite all time snack.
There are two possible ways, that are both easy & scrumptuous
One:
Add chocolate icecream and milk (or chocolate milk, if you like it extra chocolatley) into a blender and blend
Two:
Add vanilla icecream and milk (or chocolate) and chocolate syrup, fudge or anything that will blend/combine with the vanilla to make it chocolatey
Other great combinations:
Through some oreo's into your milkshake for a treat!
Peanut butter in a chocolate shake
You can add protein powder or calcium etc to make a milkshake more nutricious
One final tip,
don't use ice in your shakes, it makes them more watery, icecream & milk combine fine remember to start out with alittle milk and add more gradually because you can always add & can't extract, until you get your desired thickness
ENJOY! IM TIRED OF TYPING!

you probably did no longer point out which date this became, the 1st? the only centesimal? yet I often choose for something straightforward, stylish, and with a great seen charm. Cornish hens are quite elementary to restoration, including a amazing touch with a sprint heavy sauce. probable some mixed wild and brown rice to bypass alongside, and maybe some large looking asparagus spears with toasted sesame seeds on desirable. the different tried and authentic dishes could be chicken sous-chef, pounding chicken breasts, lining with some good cheese and skinny sliced imported ham. Rolled, dipped in egg wash, bread crumbs and baked till executed. in case you bypass this path, i desire to propose a sorbet or different clensing direction to get the salty flavor of cheese and ham out of your mouth. Even applesauce works on the plate. straightforward white rice or some small pasta works right here additionally Former chef.

Cook the pasta and top it with just butter or with Italian dressing or oil and vinegar and season to taste. You can add pepperoni or fresh veggies if you like, olives, and cheese chunks if you have some
