another ford chevy question
I use dura ace on my Allez, rovals on my tricross, and mavics on my epic. Love em all but would proberly be just as happy with bontragger or any of the other top name brands.

If it were between the Maciv Ksyrium ES and Dura Ace, I think there is no comparison. The Mavic is my clear choice. They are light and strong. I have had mine on my bike for about 6,000 miles and not had to true the wheel a single time. They are a great everyday riding wheel as well as race wheel. If you wait a few weeks, you will be able to buy a Mavic Ksyrium SL Premium which will be slightly lighter and all black.

i could say the Shimano Dura Ace, in particular because of the fact of servicing. If a Mavic wheel desires to labored on they deliver it back to France. turn around time could be 2 or 3 weeks. Shimano wheels could be fastened regionally, swifter and extra much lower priced.
