Of course, good deeds are worthless all you have to do is believe in Jesus and all is good.

I really don't think there's much chance of that, because for one thing, satan would never repent. He hates God too much. And I'm pretty sure he's already done the unforgiveable sin-- blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Also, satan is still at work doing his evil against God. God already knows his fate, and so does satan. he knows his time is limited, and he will pour his wrath out near the end, but it will be no match for God's wrath. satan just wants all the souls he can get before he goes down. (literally!) God Bless

That's almost like asking if Adam and Eve would be forgiven. They were both perfect (in the human sense), but they abused their free will that God gave them.
Satan did exactly the same. Satan has commited the unforgivable sin, which is to sin against the Holy Spirit, Matthew 12:31, 32.

Well satan doesn't exist nor does god according to some people around the world so he would have to exist in order to repent. What is he repenting for? To get back to heaven? Hell can't be all bad for him, it's only bad for the people who go there. Then if you look at the words of christ himself,"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." You could say god would have to let him back because god has sinned. Look what he did to, I believe it was Isaac? God killed his son, took away his worldly posessions and cast him down with boils. So god committed murder, the deadly sin of pride, and was selfish because he was competing with satan to see whose followers were more devout.
Then finally if you look at the bible itself, it says he who repents is welcome in my kingdom. It does not say Except for satan, lucifer, beezlebub, Hades, whatever you want to call him.
So yes if satan existed, and repented he would be allowed in heaven.

No: It is written ,satan is headed for Hell; There
is no Remedy for him and the angels that have become demons, assisted him; The Redemption is for Man that has applied the Blood of Jesus to wash away the Sin Nature; Those that Love God;
There isn"t Redemption for a Spirit; That Decision has to be made while alive with blood in their veins

Adam and Eve and the angels including Satan are perfect.
They are not like us born into inherited sin. They know what they are doing and did it anyway. That is a sin for which there is no forgiveness.
Adam and Eve were not told to repent, neither was Satan.
Adam's sentence was pronounced at the time.
"For dust you are and to dust you will return."
No forgiveness was extended to him.
Acts 3:19 It was held out to humans repent and be forgiven.
and get your sins blotted out. Adam was not given this option, neither was Satan.

Interesting thought. I got news for you. Satan is only doing what it is programmed for. Sins are applicable only to human beings. Satan is clever enough not to sin against God anyway. Only fools (human beings in deep sleep) cause sins, and this is only humanly behaviour after all. May God forgive us. If God wanted it so, he could have created us free of sins. Only He knows what He is doing, we possibly can't know the real reasons but can only think and assume.

Good question, but isn't Satan a metaphor for evil?
I mean, does anyone actually believe in Satan?
I suppose if he was real, then God would have to take him back wouldnt he? Because isn't he supposed to be a creation of God, just like us?
If we are all made in the image of God, then is Satan aswell?

1 John 1:9 King James Version (KJV)
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God forgives us if we confess; however, Satan is an angel, a fallen angel, but an angel nonetheless. What makes man different from angels is that humans have souls. So that is one reason forgiveness is not offered to him.
God can give us over to a reprobate mind also. A mind that is unworthy, unacceptable and evil. I believe Satan has a reprobate mind towards God and therefore can never repent. It is not in Satan to repent and/or do good.
Titus 1:15-16 New International Version
15To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted. 16They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.
Amplified Bible (AMP)
28And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a base and condemned mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome,
29Until they were filled (permeated and saturated) with every kind of unrighteousness, iniquity, grasping and covetous greed, and malice. [They were] full of envy and jealousy, murder, strife, deceit and treachery, ill will and cruel ways. [They were] secret backbiters and gossipers,
30Slanderers, hateful to and hating God, full of insolence, arrogance, [and] boasting; inventors of new forms of evil, disobedient and undutiful to parents.
31[They were] without understanding, conscienceless and faithless, heartless and loveless [and] merciless.
32Though they are fully aware of God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve to die, they not only do them themselves but approve and applaud others who practice them.

I partially agree with devinthedragon. True, angels haven't the ability to rebel, because they were not given free will. Therefore, it was IMPOSSIBLE for Lucifer to rebel, so there is no Devil as we commonly know this Devil.
However, devin's conclusion is that God is not all-powerful. I disagree. God is ALL POWER, and He never created an angel who disobeyed. The Lucifer story is a myth, that's all. A myth with a purpose, to introduce the BoogeyMan so that it's easier for mankind to be good, out of fear of the Devil "getting" you.
To answer your question, I do not agree. There is no Satan, he's only The BoogeyMan, nonexistent.

No...because Satan is God's fall-guy, his scapegoat. We assume that he has sufficient power to corrupt and destroy God's creations, and blame him for evil and suffering, never considering that Satan was perhaps coaxed into rebelling by God (being omniscient, and thus knowing all along that he would rebel, but creating him anyway), and punished, in much the same way that he purportedly does to humans. And he remains in Hell, while God goes on, unsuspected for his role in not just allowing injustice, violence, cruelty, and pain to go on, but actually being responsible for their presence himself. Satan is just God's alter ego (or could it be the other way around....)
