how would you deal with it if peoples unknown to you,were turning others against you,spreading lies demonizing

your character? turning people against you, telling them not to talk or get involved with you?

how would you quell the anger you feel inside? but also, if this was occuring how would you deal with matters?

Well, if I could prove it, I might go see an attorney, because that would be slander, if you could prove just what it cost you. You might want to research a legal avenue, for this, if you can prove that it is indeed, actually happening to you...Now, if someone wants to listent to idle gossip, do you really want them for a friend? I don't, and I wouldn't waste my time...I remember an actress once, who, after being tired of all the libel and gossip,..said," Well, it's when the STOP talking, I will worry:."..

If it was happening, what would you be doing to cause people unknown to you to spread lies about you? There would have to be a pretty good reason for people to say things about you.
Are you tor anyone else that important in the whole scheme of life?
I think people most of the time are so wrapped up in themselves, they do not spend much time talking about others.

No one has that power because if anyone turns against you was meant to be. Demonizing somebody has always two sides - either is a demon or who tries do do it, sooner or later wil be caught has the real demon one.
Other people's plays on us have always more limits then whoever doesn't know few things will never control - like our souls= for so many doesn't exist and is unreachable to their games. Life being a game is a rational assumption based on descriptions that are furthermore complex and non determined. Is reductionist or if you prefer based on links to factual contexts. Life is not a game in the sense of gain and lost being the ultimate goal in everything that matters.
It would be the same to tell that a big river begins and ends only on the small piece your eyes can see: above or ahead there's also running water and landscape that can go from fresh and green to almost deserting ones.

First you have to verify if that's even true. Go to the source and ask them why they are saying what they are saying. If you haven't verified that it's even happening, then you are just being paranoid.
