I am bipolar but not yet on meds and feel like i am losing reality. I am in my house with everything shut and locked. There is no reality except for what i can see. I need someone to help me back.

Call your doctor, not answers, and tell him just how you feel...If you feel safe right now, there is no shame in that...because it is better that you be in a comfortable place, when you are experiencing these feelings...I would call an ambulance, if it gets worse, and have them come over, and check me out, and take me to the hospital, or the police, as they would take you to one, if you told them how you felt...but I would suggest calling your doctor, an emergency and talk to him/her.

When someone is having a bad trip, the common thing to say, "It's only a drug." I think you should remind yourself it's only a chemical imbalance like diabetes or cholesterol. When this attack passes, get your meds to set the balance straight. It's crappy moments like the one you're experiencing that should inform you of the need for medication. Go to this link like this and find someone to talk to:

Good luck.

Staying be yourself is not going to help you hang onto reality.
The tension can keep building so you need to get some kind of help. Once I stayed by myself and I did get lost. It took a long time to get myself back. Please do not stay alone.
