It may not be used in every country, but it is a word. It's slang or baby talk, though.

It means 'to go potty' or 'go poopy'.

In the Spanish spoken in Spain, poposear is not a word.

2) It's related to the word "popo", and means poo (transformed to a verb).
3) Its use is related to the uneducated people.

referring to the 1st answer, that would be "going to the toilet and making the 2" but it would be with u's instead of the o's, but thats childish lang

popote is called in méxico to straws (tubes to suck liquid) i guess it could be a derivative of that

or could be posar, that is to pose, for a photo, a paint, etc
