Christians keep saying that we all are going to burn in hell for eternity becasue we do not believe in the christian religion, we do not believe in the doctrine that you need a saviour not to burn in hell.
So when they say that how does it make you feel?

Annoyed. Very annoyed--especially since when they say that, they're basically saying "we have what we believe is the truth, but because WE believe it, it's true--so you all need to believe it too, otherwise you're just idiots not worthy of us. Plus, we're smarter and better than you. It doesn't matter how much work you put into your religion or how hard you had to struggle to come to your religious knowledge or beliefs--we're still better. Idiots. hah."

Which is very annoying.

I feel they are saying what they think is right, but in trying to convey their opinion they are only harming the image of their own faith. It doesn't bother me because I have strong faith, and I know my religion is the truth. BUT, I think everyone who has a different religion than mines believes the same thing. There are limits though to try and impose ones ideals on others.. after all,

"There is no compulsion in religion, right has been made distinct from error" (Quran).

Not all Christians are like this so lets not generalize. I know I hate it when people generalize all Muslims. I think it's just the environment on Y! Answers, because people tend to be very defensive on here. Christians I know in real life are pretty good people.

I've always wondered WHY they have the idea if I don't believe in THEIR heaven, why would I care about their HELL?

I am an INDIAN. My beliefs are simple and true all the time. They never conflict. like this. Fire is hot, Rocks are Hard, Water is WET.

Unlike they and "eye for an eye" but "turn the other cheek" and "vengeance is gods"

it's all to jumbled. And if I'm going to hell, I'll buy the first round. If he'll is where all the party people have gone, the concert is going to be one hell of a show.

the line up.
Freddy Mercury Lead Vocals
Guitar - Randy Rhodes
Bass - ol Dime Bag. .

You see in Islam a person who the message of Islam has not reached him is not taken to task, its only those who have the capability to understand are the ones taken to task.

The insane, the children, disabled are not taken to task if they die like that.

Belief in God is whats important here but they want you to except the trinity i guess. If this is true then why didn't any of the Prophets preach the trinity and why wasn't something that they base their belief on explain by Jesus (upon him peace) all they have explanations nothing explicit. The trinity was a belief until the 4th century, why was something that they base their religion around not explained by Jesus (upon him peace)? Answer it was made up.

I think i would be a good idea but they won't even read their own stinkin' 'Holy Book'. Of course, a pamphlet would be smaller...The American Atheist website has some pamphlets. I don't remember seeing any about the Council of Nicaea but there were several choices.

It makes me feel like they're trying to get even with us (Jews) for never having accepted "Jesus Christ as our savior."

Why would we? All the righteous of the nations have received atonement since time immemorial!

I find it funny how they feel threatened by Atheists when Atheist don't condemn them to hell all of the time.

Nothing.

I like Oshion's "penguin" scenario.

I don't feel anything.

It's like telling a penguin you'll take his refrigerator away if he doesn't behave. It's a non-issue.
