How late? If it's really late you could try going to sleep earlier or have a low-cal hot chocolate or soup - not many calories but should help to fill you up some. Or how about having a long soak in the bath when you get home? It will relax you and help take your mind off the hunger. I know the last thing I'm thinking about is food when I'm soaking in a giant bubble bath!

If you are truly working out, you will not be the least bit hungry afterwards. Also, if you are exercising properly, you probably wont lose weight as fat turns to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. You need to consult a trainer at your local gym for advise, or research online exercise programs and nutrition. Just walking briskly everyday for 1/2 hr or so will prove to trim you down and imiprove your cardiovascular system. Eat 3 healthy meals a day and for snacking, cut up celery or carrot strips, apples, rice cakes, etc. You dont have to love what you are eating, just like it. Also, drink lots of water and fruit juices...not only is it good for you, it fills you up.

drink water and suck it up! This is part of what it takes to lose weight. I've been doing this for about three weeks now and I've lost seven pounds; so, just get some water.

Try drinking lots of water to fill up. If this doesn't work, you can always try drinking something warm. Warm liquids work well in filling you up. If neither of those work, eat some vegetables or fruits.

Eat something sensible - after working out your body burns up food like fuel in a furnace!

probably it's ok to eat something as long as it's something healthy, workout related, and you wait a bit before going to bed. or eat something very small, like a yogurt, just to take the edge off your hunger, and you can go to bed sooner.
