I go to dialosis 3 times a week and would like to take a trip where i can still get my treatment and some people who dont have kidney problems can come and enjoy themselves.

There are no cruises I can find with dialysis onboard. Even the recommendation about Freedom cruises noted by responder above, the dialysis is performed in port cities. There are, however, many 3 Day bahamas cruises and there are some that are shorter. If neccessary, you could arrange for dialysis in the Florida port city ie Miami or Ft Lauderdale, the day of the cruise, Most cruises depart around 4pm. and have dialysis on the return day, the ship board physician and purser's staff could arrange for an expidited debarkation. Most ships allow passengers to start disembarking as soon as the ship is cleared by customs, around 9-9:30 am. For longer trips dialysis could be arranged at a facility in the Bahamas.
