This is a sick and disgusting question. You are within a healthy weight range. You need a professional to deal with your self image problems.
Bulimia is a serious problem, I have suffered for over 5 yrs and have permanent heart problems amidst a range of other health problems.
ITS NOT WORTH IT!
I would give anything for a "do-over". Bulimia destroys lives. It is better to maybe have a *tiny* bit extra weight and be healthy than suffer and let this take over your life. Not to mention you can die!

Look, I know you don't want this answer but it is so unhealthy to make yourself lose weight by throwing up. And that is not even overweight for someone your height. Tall people tend to weigh more. If you are that concerned about your weight, instead of not eating, just have like salad and fruits and vegetables. I'm sorry that nothing is working but please don't become bulimic. I just read this book called Walking a Thin Line. It is so depressing. Its about this girl who had a fat friend and her friend became anorexic and like might die. Just try different exercise clubs, talk to dieticians, or talk to your doctor.

Your weight is within the normal range for your height, in fact, you could weigh up to 185 pounds before being considered overweight. Your goal of 140, while within the normal range is approaching underweight, a weight of 135 would be definitely underweight for your height.
I agree with the other person who suggested you see a therapist to deal with your self esteem and body image issues.

Don't go into throwing up. I did it and the weight that I lost didn't really stay off. it's better to just drink lots of water and however mush you eat cut it in half you are guaranteed to loose weight. Also eat lots of grapefruit and avoid soft drinks and juices.

First off, your thin for your height already.
Secondly, sounds like you really need a therapist to deal with your image problem
Thirdly, bulimia is a disease. I am recovering bulimic and to ask advice from girls who are suffering and are ashamed of this disease is disgusting.

Well, you obviously have not tried hard enough.
how is it many people can lose weight, yet don't need to try and get eating disorders?
Just keep at it for more than a week.
