If they are illegal is one thing, but a lot of people take it out on the foriegn people who work here who have been citizens for years. Or just because they are different races they think they must be illegal, even though they may have been born & raised in the US. I've seen this happen myself,& that is just down right wrong. But back to the immigration issue, yes, some of my in laws are prejudice,so we just try not to discuss it.

Mine does since I found out that they were hiring illegals for their construction business. Funny, because all they did was complain about their workers...not enough to observe the laws though. It keeps them in their big house on the hill with their boat, RV, and all other amenities that are apparently more important to them than lawfulness and self respect. Even I, as an anti, was taken aback at how poorly they treat their employees. As far as I'm concerned, they can be their own family now. Not because they hire illegals but because I've just learned how mean and materialistic they really are.

No it does not make any experience. that is mistaken good judgment and has little foundation in reality. that is in basic terms rhetoric crammed with emotional gobbledygook to tug on human beings's coronary heart strings and thoroughly misses the ingredient to why they are right here interior the 1st place. all of us needs to whine yet don't have the braveness to take duty for enjoying a place in this, no count how minor or oblique it must be. Amidst the rabble rousing "they are unlawful!" and "they are taking our jobs!" and "they are utilising all the social amenities!" hysteria, everybody comfortably forgets the genuine reason we've the style of project with unlawful immigration interior the 1st place that is an financial project that is positioned into play as for this reason of the loose commerce and globalization. US businesses desperately desire low priced hard paintings to compete with businesses in international locations whose hard paintings fees are ridiculously low. we could desire to shop till we drop and love low priced products and amenities yet ought to care much less as to why they are so low priced interior the 1st place. by utilising enacting this "customer worker software" we create a sub-type of people who're no longer extremely electorate so as that they are in a position to proceed to gets a commission sub-residing universal wages without reward which help businesses stay aggressive and retains the political funds flowing to the politicians. that's the suited quid professional quo. And in the event that they ever earn their citizenship (8-13 years, in accordance to the invoice,) politicians will in basic terms have gained a great balloting block as properly! So even as human beings shop yapping returned and forth over status, and reducing the line, and all those nonsensical subject concerns, the genuine means gamers income their low priced hard paintings and we proceed to consume desire to good flock of sheep that we are.

All my family agrees that illegal immigration should be stopped. We know how it is affecting the American people, we live in Los Angeles.

Cousins and other relatives (most of whom did not live in southwest states) used to disagree, but as their communities got moved in on, in their states, and they got firsthand experience about what massive illegal immigration does to your city, your state, they have gotten more educated on this issue, and we all argree illegal immigration must be stopped.

Closer to home, one of my nieces married a Mexican boy, he was born in the USA, but I don't think his mother was. His parents never married, his father is a citizen, but some things were said about his mother that inferred that she had come to the USA illegally. I never really talked about it around him, but my niece said some things.

She was adamently in support of illegal aliens until one day about a year and a half ago when she came over with my daughter really upset.

Apparently her husband had gone to work and been told to clear out his locker, he was being let go.
He asked why, his boss told him see those two guys over there, it was two Mexican guys sitting on a pallet.
His boss said I can hire both of those guys for the same as I am paying just you.
Her husband went over and talked to the two guys (in spanish), they were illegals and had just come to the USA a week before, they were relatives of one of the guys he worked with.
My niece and her husband had a 3 year old son and she was pregnant with their second child at the time.

He went to the bank and cashed his check when he left that day and on his way to the car he got jumped by three hispanic guys in the parking lot who beat him up and stole his wallet, they said a bunch of stuff in spanish while they were kicking him in the ribs.
He told my niece those guys were probably illegal aliens too from the nasty stuff they were saying about "Americans". (and he is Mexican-American!)

After that happened, my niece completely changed, and she says her Mexican-American husband is very against illegal immigration, and he got really mad when they had that march in the streets last year.

A lot of my neighbors here are Mexican-Americans, none of them went to the marches, and most of them say stuff about how illegal aliens are ruining this place.
