unzip file?

ok i have unzipped something before but it won't let me this time. these are the things on the dropdown thing." open with winzip, print, explore, scan, open with, send to, cut, copy, create shortcut, rename, properties."
help please?

open with winzip then side click the thing and extract it to anywhere/ desktop and then u can use it
