In our language we say it at times when we don't wanna start a sexual relationship with a person who isn't our bf/gf but lives very close to us on a daily basis. It can be a colleague, a flat/housemate, classmate, etc. So the meaning of this saying is basically "no domestic sex" or something like that. I'm desperately seeking the perfect English equivalent. What do you say at such times? I mean when the conversation is about a person close to us and you wanna express that u don't fancy a sexual relationship with him/her because of the fact of living so close together day by day and sex could only cause problems in the long run.

Just tell them you don’t want to take a chance that it could ruin your friendship. Most will understand that sex is temporary but friendships are forever. This is just too close to home to risk it.
