Minnesota State Fair - Deep fried candy bar?

I just attended the Minnesota State fair where I tried a deep fried three muskateers. ive searched the internet trying to find out how to do this but most of the sites i found have different ways of doing it. so i was wondering if anyone knew how they do them at the minnesota state fair. thanks

no i'm not sure that i know but i'm sure that you will find a very similar recipe online...

did you ask the vendor for the how to?
they have shown how to do it on foodnetwork.
i'm sure there are different ways to do it but all pretty much the same... batter dipped and fried.
