Unless you're illegal and facing deportation, why do you care? I would think that it would depend on the circumstances surrounding the deportation--e.g., a raid on a factory is COMPLETELY different than an arrest for murder that ultimately leads to deportation--AND on the property involved--e.g., a man's clothing is completely different than his car, which is completely different than owning a house, etc. Even that probably involves many laws and a complex investigation into the circumstances of how he got the items; e.g., say he was a drug dealer and bought a 1 million home with cash.

They shouldn't own land if they are illegal. Knowing some of these banks that are giving illegals loans are the ones retaking them, making a profit and selling it again. They need to be taken by the government and given to an American Citizen that is in need of help.

It should be sold on auction and all monies should be put back in the U.S. Treasury. It would help pay the government back for all the services they stole.
