If someone says "You think your God's gift to men/women" An Insult
If someone says "I think your God's gift to men/women" A compliment

It's an insult. Only someone who truly does believe they are God's gift to men would think it was a compliment.

It's an insult. It means that you are so arrogant in how you come across, that you act as if you think that the opposite sex should be honored and privileged to have your company and affections. It says that you think you can get any person of the opposite sex that you want. It implies arrogance and conceit on your part. I would not be flattered if someone said that to you. I would take it as a wake-up call that perhaps you are coming across the wrong way to people.

I hate to tell you this, but it's an insult. A big one. That statement means that the recipient is extremely conceited, past the point of being a snob. It's not a nice thing to say to anyone.

It's definitely an insult. It means that you are so full of yourself that you actually believe you're better than everyone else.
