Soft Surroundings has beautiful bedding:

I think I would choose the Santorini or Tangiers collection for your bedroom.
Another good source for bedding is Home Decorators Collection:

That Rococo Set would look fantastic against your red walls.

Depending on how much money you want to spend will depend on which places to look. I like Restoration Hardware's bedding but it can get pricey. Linens and Things, Bed Bath and Beyond, Dillards, JC Penny, Company Store are just a few. I would use throw pillows to help pull in the reds from the wall to the bed. Red is a great color to decorate and there are lots of beautiful comforters and bed spreads with red in them. A place to check for pillows would be Pier One, Target, Bed Bath, Linens and Things. Have fun!

First of all, before you paint all of your walls red, try painting just one wall red and see how you like that look. You could also do two if you want, but if you do all red, that's really loud and it might not be what you expect. I'm not saying don't do it, just kind of play with different ideas and see what works.
As for the bedding and sheets, that kind of has to do with the color of your furniture and other things in your room. I would say go for something kind of subtle, because again red walls are loud, so you won't need loud bedding.
Also, I personally like to go to Wal-Mart (or Garden Ridge pottery when they have good sales...they can be good and cheap) for sheets and bedding. There I can get that stuff cheap and I can get more than one set and change my bed out from time to time. I can understand if someone wants to have one nice set that lasts forever, but to me the idea of keeping the same set all of the time seems kind of gross. I'm not saying I don't wash them or anything like that. I just personally like the idea of being able to have a fresh new one every so often, but that's just me. So to answer your question, my suggestions would be subtle simple, fresh, and cheap.

Get the bedding/drapes first, then match the paint to the fabric [ it's much easier than matching fabric to paint ]. Don't forget throw pillows to go with the bedding.
A stripe, plaid, paisley, quilt or geometric set would look good: then you can match sheet sets to the colors of the print.
