How do i upload a 2 hour DVD movie?

Is there a website out there where i can upload a 2 hour DVD movie and then download it from any other PC?

Try using Bit Torrent and Publish a Torrent file (select the DVD you want to upload)

can hold up to 2000 MB or a little less than 2 GB, per file. I don't know what the membership requirements are. There are other file hosting sites, but I can't think of any good ones off the top of my head.
