Sure they are true. If you change the algorithm used you can get a whole new set of meanings. Endless possibilities.

Unknown... However of all whom are quick to condemn there even being a possibility of there being codes squired away in the Bible. How many of you have taken the time and effort to research it for them selves? We as the "finest product of genetic engineering" (Human being) are we so certain? It was not many years back that the concept of "DNA" was not thought to be a "code" either. However now this same "genetic" product has uncovered and decided our organic nature was and is "encoded" for purposes of reproduction.
How can we as the product of a "Supreme Beings" creation declare he could not have encoded hidden messages in his own instructions to us?
It may very well turn out to be another of the human beings many con jobs. Our history from way back in time is full of other examples, of "it can not be". Recall when the world was suppose to be flat. However until all the research is in, are we going to condemn these studies to the scrap pile just because we are unwilling to search and ask questions?

There is definitely a code throughout the Bible Old and New Testament but it's not THAT kind of code it's the code that reveals in layers that God would come to the earth in the flesh (2) He would be in the person of God's only begotten Son and (3) The revelation that GOD Himself is a community a GODHEAD consisting of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. THIS is the TRUE code that God has sown in His scriptures.

It was put here by Irrational Design, just like all the rest of the faulty evolutionary system god is supposed to have made, as claimed by all kinds of religious delusional people. Almost the whole of the bible is not true, so neither is any code you are able to get out of it.

The only "Bible Code" you need to worry about at this time is located in The Book of Revelations. There is no "code" in this book, or anywhere else in the Bible. However, there are many who believe they have interpreted this book correctly, but in reality they have no concept of the end times, such as the complete absence of rapture.
Many people equate ancient Babylon to Rome and even the pope. I put it more at a well known city and birthplace of a major prophet. And those who believe they know the number of the beast may be looking for a number instead of a name, which can be associated to numbers unknown.
All should remember that Christ speaks with a two-edged sword. Why would he want to make it simple logic to understand the "code" of Revelations?

The people that put them there think so
Just like some of the Roman Government's committee that made the bible out of the books available at the time think the people who wrote the Bible itself might think their stuff be true
In the times around the Renaissance when Bibles were being translated
the coding of writings was a high art form
it began cause writing certain things could get one to lose their life to the Inquisitors
Francis Bacon is one that is renown for his codes
There are still a number of books of that time that the frontispiece (one of the fancy first pages) contains a signal that the book is in code - yet the code has never yet been deciphered by our generation yet

Yes, and there are many other novels of great length out there that actually have more codes found in them, through electronic programs, than the Bible.
When you can set an unlimited amount of parameters to find any words in which interest you, well, you would have to be pretty brain dead to lend credibility to such a process.
I thought even the most gullible gave that up long ago.

If you had some very important information for someone that you loved, you know that this information if they follow it to the best of their ability would allow them to have a better life in a world of confusion and wickedness you have it coded so that they would not understand? ( surely your love for that person would not allow you to send them a wild chase for this information).
This is the same with God he loves us and want us to have the best life that we can have. So he has provided a letter (The Bible). a guide that will help us attain the best life that we can now ,here on earth, he wants the best for us.

Michael Drosnin predicted in his book "The Bible Code II" that the end of the world is 2006.
i think that is enough evidence that it's not true or even something look like it.

Get any book with enough letters in it, it's probable you'll find something like this from chance. The Bible Code is nonsense.
