1. Baptism
Matt. 28:19, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."

2. Eucharist
1 Cor 11:23-26, For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night in which He was betrayed, took bread and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "This is my body...."

3. Reconciliation
John 20:21-23. Jesus said to the disciples, "Peace be with you; as the Father sent Me, I also send you." And when he had said this, He breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, their sins are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."

4. Confirmation
As seen on Pentecost. Acts chapter 2.

5. Marriage
Wedding feast at Cana - John chapter 2
Jesus' testimony concerning marriage in Matt. 19:3-9. .... and Jesus said, "for this cause a man shall leave his Father and mother, and he shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh... they are no more two, but one flesh. What God has joined together, let no man separate."

6. Holy Orders
As seen in Jesus calling his apostles in the beginning of the gospels.

7. Sacrament of the Sick
Seen in Jesus' healing ministry and passed to his disciples as seen in this passage: James5:14-15. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick... and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.

There are 7 Sacraments like the 7 Lamps of the Churches in Revelation1:12

As someone "unsaved" by the murderous, capricious and repulsive idol -god of so many Funda.Prots. and a Catholic Christian who trusts in salvation by Grace alone, I love the sacraments which are very biblical.

Apparently the two AntiCatholics, especially the unformed ex Catholic, do not know the NT much since they do not think that Baptism and Communion are in the Bible since they are all over the NT.

Baptism Matt 28:19,Jn 3:5,Mark16:16,Acts 16:31,Acts 2:38,Coll 2:11

Penance( Reconciliation,Confession and Absolution) Matt 9:2-8; Matt 18:18; Jn 20: 22-23;James 5:13-16

Eucharist Matt 26:26-29,Mark14:22-25, Luke 22;19-20
Jn 6:35-71;1 Cor 10:16;1 Cor11;23-29

Confirmation Acts19:5-6,Acts 8:14-17,Eph1:13,Heb6:2

Marriage( Matrimony) Matt19: 3-9 esp 5-6, Mark10:7-12,Lk 16:18,Eph 5:22-32 ,Heb13:4

Holy Orders(Ordination) Luke22:19, Acts20:28,Acts 6:6,Acts 13:3,Acts14:22,1 Tim 4:14,2 TIm 1:6 Titus 1:5

Anointing(Sacrament of the Sick) Mark 6:12-13,James 5:14-15

YOU... " will not " find them... As They ARE NOT IN .... THE... BIBLE....!

Being a Former... Catholic... I had... ' TO UNLEARN ' all that Propaganda... when I was Born Again... and Started to Study the BIBLE!

There is NOTHING... Anyone.... can do to Add to the FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST....!

Salvation... is By GRACE ALONE!

(Ephesians 2:8-9-10) For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,

(Eph 2:9) not of works, lest anyone should boast.

(Eph 2:10) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

IF YOU CARE TO.... read my Blog / 360 ... and there I have my Testimony of how I came to Christ! Simply... click on my Avatar... [ Picture of the London Underground ] and then my 360.

Thanks, RR

There are no "sacraments" in the Bible. That's from the unsaved catholic cult. Catholics are not saved Christians.
