Since you were born in Honduras, that makes you a citizen of Honduras (a beautiful country, from what I've heard, by the way). You won't lose your US citizenship, either.
However, you need to ask your adoptive parents what part you are from. For example, which city were you born in? Then call the city and see how you can find a record of your birth. If there is a record of your birth, then I imagine you have to go to Honduras and wrap everything else up.
It could be expensive, but definitely well worth it to reconnect with your roots.

RE:
How to gain Honduran Citizenship?
I'm a US Citizen with a US Passport but I was adopted by American parents, which is how I gained my US Naturalization and whatever. But I was born in Honduras, and have been trying to find some information online about dual citizenship and a way to obtain it with Honduars and the US, so I could...

Contrary to what is apparently widespread misconceptions, it is not any more difficult to get citizenship in Israel that it is in the United States. Israel has a naturalization process for prospective citizens much like the U.S. does - it involves application, study and residence. Of course there is the well-known shortcut to citizenship for Jews under the Law of Return that was intended to make it easy for Jews who want to return to their homeland or to escape persecution. But you might be surprised to know that Israel is not the only country that has such a provision - Germany for one does as well to facilitate the immigration of the ethnic German population from Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, who may claim German citizenship under the Right of Return law. Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, India, Ireland and Poland, for example, also have expedited citizenship tracks for foreigners of relevant descent.

Don't pay attention to that woman. If she's an example of how blondes are maybe they're right about them?
Maybe you could find something if you ask the Honduran Embassy. Isn't there a way you can write to them?. I wish I could help you more.
I was very upset with this other person's post.
Edit: Another one? My God. There's so much hatred here. It doesn't say much about you people, does it?
