Feel her abdomen and feel for lumps. If you feel anything out of the ordinary, take her to a vet.

Did she have loose skin there before? Have you bred her? Do you know who the father is if you have? When was she last in heat? Dog gestation is 58-63 days. If she's getting close you can take her to the vet for an ultrasound or x-rays, or a blood test (which is usually more expensive than the other tests). They can give you some advice, too, on how to raise the puppies and take care of the mom. Keep in mind that small dogs have more problems whelping than large dogs, and frequently need c-sections. You need to know the signs that she is close to whelping so that you will know if she is having problems. And if, for some reason you want to keep breeding her, you should never breed every heat cycle. She should always have a rest in between of at least one heat.

Yayy! You want Pomeranian puppies? I'll assume you have the money you'll need if she needs a c-section? I'm sure you know, toy breeds typically need c-sections. Big puppy heads + small Mommy openings = c-section.
Get that $1,000-$2,000 saved up for that c-section! :o) Also, save up for puppy milk replacement formula and be prepared to be up every 2-3 hours for several weeks, dropper feeding puppies, hoping to keep them alive.
Now, as far as her "doggy utters"-utters are found on cows. Nipples are found on dogs, humans, cats, ETC. Please, use correct dog terms. Your dogs nipples are hanging. Like humans, dogs typically have saggy breasts post-pregnancy.
You know the date she was bred, correct? If not, look at the calendar you've been keeping of her temperature and other important facts that you're going to need to know to be able to tell when she's in labor. Take her to the vet for the ultrasound she needs. You'll find out how many pups she's expecting.
Good Luck with that c-section. C'ya back here in approx. 1 month. :o)

It is going to depend how far along in the pregnancy if it can be detected or not. I agree with the others that recommend spaying her. If you don't even know if she is pregnant, you most likely don't have any idea what kind of dog or dogs may have impregnated her and if she is even capable of delivering the puppies. Someone totally inexperienced will not know if the female is in trouble or not and could lose the entire litter and the female.
Take her in and have her spayed, now..... It's the best thing for her and for you.

I remembered my mom tried to use a pregrency test, meant for humans, on our dog, of course it didn't work. However, we were to tell when the dog got fatter and when she gave to puppies, she lost a lot of weight!
However, you might want to take her dog to a vet to get a better answer.

the doggy utters are loose skins! there are ways to tell if ur dog is pregnet! for example: if your dog is ALWAYS hyper and suddenly she wont even pick up a ball, its because shes most-likely pregnat! IT ALL DEPENDS ON MOOD SWINGS! some dogs tht are sweet and gentle may turn mean until she has birthed her litter!
IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE MOOD CHANGES!
ALWAYS REMEMBER THT!
ive worked with dogs my ENTIRE life so pleez trust me!

You need to take her to your vet to be sure she is not pregnant - then you make an appointment to get her spayed so you don't have to wonder any more.

Gently feel her stomach and see if you detect the pups. Then take her to the vet to make sure.

I DON'T CARE IF YOU WANT HER SPAYED!!!! It is your RESPONSIBILITY to have her spayed!!!!!!!!! There are currently 934 Pomeranian dogs living in shelters listed on petfinder.com alone! DO YOU INTEND TO KEEP AND CARE FOR EVERY PUPPY YOU ARE PRODUCING????? Did you have homes lined up for them BEFORE you began breeding?!?!? YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY ONE OF THOSE PUPPIES! How dare you create them if you are not going to care for them!
