It means that having your health is more valuable than having lots of money.

If you had millions of dollars, but you were dying of cancer and were in agony, all of your money couldn't take away your pain and make you happy. So being in good health is a marvelous gift in and of itself.

Who would want to live life being sickly? It's no fun when you're sick. Being healthy is more valuable than having gobs of money.
