Yes! It's totally safe don't worry, you're not going to grow breasts or anything:) I'm a licensed Cosmetologist. My friend took his wife's pre-natals the whole time she was pregnant for hair growth, he had no bad side affects, they're just high dosages of vitamins, and yes it will make your hair and nails grow. Your hair will look better too. Also try using a hair oil on your scalp and brushing your scalp to stimulate your hair follicle. I have some other ways too just e-mail me. Oh and a cosmetologist is a hair stylist if you weren't familiar.:)

There should not be any harmfull effects, it's just that a woman's vitamin is designed to provide nutrients required to keep the female body healthy. In addition to what Luv2Dance has said, your body will simply flush away whatever it cannot use or store. Drinking plenty of water will help the entire process.

A man's body and a woman's body aren't that alike, we require different vitamins and chemicals. I'd stick with the men's multi vitamins, to avoid weird things (breast enlargement, mainly) happening.

I think you need to re-ask your question and categorize it in heath instead of hair.
Just a suggestion.
I think you will get a better response that way.
