For Adults Use only means whatever is in question should only be handled by adults. In some cases bath washes there may be some contents in there for harming children.
If they are wanting to use body washes the children should be supervised. If not the parents should explain this to the children why and how it can be harmful like skin irritation, not to take internally it could harm their health.

It means adults only should use it... there are probably chemicals that aren't healthy for children or pets

if ur 13 and up, youre ok to use thoses things.they just dont want little children useing items that could be too harsh on thier sensitive skin

It is too harsh for kids use,that's why they make some for children only.

It's not for children. It could be medicated or could cause skin problems with children.
