My family discovered a cleanly cut rat and a pair of severed rat testicles on our front door step the other morning. Does this sound like witch craft to anyone? I only ask because there is some demented family members who are angry with us. Thanks.

Sounds more like a neighborhood cat or dog left you a present. This is actually pretty common. My neighbor's cat used to leave little "gifts" in his bed. One morning, he woke up to find half a baby racoon on his stomach.
Mr. Red became a strictly "outside" cat after that one.

Sounds like a cat probably caught a rat, ate it all, apart from its balls and tail (inedible??) and left it on your doormat. No more sinister than that!
