I use herbal essence Body envy shampoo & conditioner and I prefer to dry my hair with a towel till its just damp and let the air dry the rest, I've got no split ends and I use a hair food by cher-mere to keep it healthy and shiny and during the day when it gets frizzy I use the sun silk touch up products just put some on my hands run it through my hair, brush it out and its like I've just had it done :)

I blow dry, straighten, curl, and dye my hair...haha! and no i dont have split ends. I just use over the counter hair dye, a medium brown, works like a charm, and i use really good salon shampoo and conditioner. If you cant afford the salon stuff, herbal essence for dry hair works really good, its in a blue bottle. I use it when i cant get my usual stuff. I get all of my hair products from sallys beauty supply. Using good mousse and hair spray is good too. I always put mousse on before i blow dry and straighten, my hair dresser said its bet to protect your hair before you put any heat on it and make sure you get your ends trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks, thats what really keeps your hair nice!! Hope this helps!

Pureology works so well! It protects your color and as for hair growth, it does not really promote hair growth, sorry. but it is really nice and yes, I do straighten and blow dry my hair. I have also gotten highlights before. All Pureology products work really well. Hope I helped!

To hold the color and promote growth of your hair, try using Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner growth promoter... basically, I use the entire line of Garnier Fructis products and they work like magic! hope it works the same for you... good luck!!!
