Arts and crafts are always fun all you need are just some old things from around the house, cardboard tubes, washed out containers from pudding cups or yogurt, paper, glitter, glue, etc. Just make sure you clean it all up when the kids are done. If they are younger show them how to play some games you played when you were younger like red light green light, duck duck goose, ring around the rosie, etc.

it really depends on the age.
last time i babysat we did a scavenger hunt, with popsicles at the end as theyre prize.
they loved it and i got payed extra. :]

depends on the ages of the kids really.
go to the park
watch movies
if they are young draw with them
