Two things that I not only desire, but are a requirement are:
Trust/honesty above all else. You won't get very far in a meaningful relationship if you can't trust each other.
Chemistry. You need the ability to feed off of each other (not in a sexual way, you pervs) and know what you are both feeling. You need to be able to just hang out together and share some interests to keep it moving along. If one is a homebody, and the other must be outdoors all the time it will eventually cause stress on the relationship.

Unconditional love and passion! I want someone to love me without question or reservation. And to be passionate about everything they do involving me. I want someone that can love me and love loving me! Theres nothing worse than having someone say they love you but have a problem with this or that about you or to loves everything about you but has no passion about anything they do for you or with you. I.E. Birthdays. You can get a card from anyone for your birthday. But love someone enough to go all out like arrange a day off for them with their boss, wisk them away to a hotel or go on a pic nic or doing something other than the traditional "Happy Birthday" stuff. Traditional is just an example, in my eyes, of a person that has no passion! Passion is having the ability to posses and display a flare that is all your own! Those are the two things that I desire in a romantic relationship~Unconditional Love and Passion!

I have been married for over 30 years to a warm, funny, very romantic woman. I would just like for it to last for 30 more years. I know that it is only one thing rolled up into more but that is how I feel. I am complete.
