Freeze until you need more. You can cook vegies in stock or add to canned soups instead of water for more richness.

Egg drop soup. Bring a cup or two of chicken broth to a boil. Beat an egg in a measuring cup or bowl with a pouring spout (anything where the egg can trickle out of the vessel). Trickle the beaten egg into the boiling broth while stirring with a fork. The egg will cook immediately. Add a chopped scallion and serve.

You can freeze the broth for later use. It's great for gravy too. If you have a cat or dog, pour some over their dry food, they will love it and it's good for their fur.

I add chicken broth to my boneless skinless chicken when baking.

I also add it to my cooked noodles when making chicken spaghetti to keep it from being dry.

I also soak my chicken in it that I am going to make chicken enciladas to keep it from being dry.

Hope these help.
You've got a lot of good ideas already given too.

you can actually make a nice CHICKEN VELOUTE (sauce) with your chicken stock. you just cook equal parts of butter and flour, and then whisk in the chicken stock to make the sauce.

you can freeze it into ice cubes and pop them in anything you need water to (i.e. soups, sauces)

you can also poach some chicken in it, blanch your veggies in the stock.

I use chicken broth when I make stir-fry dishes. I add ginger to it, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. I pour it over the veggies as they cook.

freeze it - I like to freeze in small zip locks laid flat for easy storage

cook pasta, potatoes, rice or other veggies in it

make soups, gravies, stews

use in place of half the oil for sauteing for more flavor and less fat

use as part of the liquid for mash potatoes or other pureed veggies

use anywhere you would use water or wine in cooking
