The remote starter is installed on a 1998 Ford Windstar GL. The remote has 4 buttons but only the stop and start engine buttons work. It is a bulldog starter. There is no anti-theft system. I wanted to hook up keyless entry to the remote because it wasnt done when the remote starter was installed. How do I do it?

The keyless module is behind the center storage compartment. The wires are:

Lock - Pink/Yellow

Unlock - Pink/Green

It is a 3-wire Negative Trigger system.

first check for a broken cable or a loose wire on the motor box of the door. power locks can sometimes be fixed with a reconnection of the wires to the motor box for that door. dont let the kids slam the doors shut! you may have to remove the panel top check

ok well it's best to have some one that knows what they are doing do this if you dont have power door locks your going to have to buy them one for each door that you want to unlock second your going to have to relay them and you need the owners manuel that will tell you how to program the control plus you have to make sure they connected it if not then get it done shops dont really charge much when you upgrade what you have unless you get a completly new one
