Since you are asking then NO you aren't ready.
When you are both ready you won't need or ask or care what the answer is.

If she's old enough to marry--then it's technically fine. However, if you're having to ask if you should marry her--then don't do it. Also, I seriously doubt she's 16 years younger than you AND of the legal age to marry--that would make you close to my age, and people my age have learned to write in full, complete sentences, with correct spelling, capitalization, punctuation and none of this text speak garbage that the younger generation uses.

The number of years ddoesn't have to be a big problem but a lot depends on her age.
If she is over 25 or so, sh'es probably had enough life experience to know what she's doing. Otherwise, the age discrepancy could end of being a problem for both of you.

My grandfather always said that a smart man marries a younger woman so that he will have some one to look after him when he is old. My husband is 14 years olders than me and we have been happily married for 20 years.

I wouldnt. My sister married a man over 10 years older than her and now he wants to retire in peace and she still wants a fun life. She is always complaining about how the sex has dried up....I think she will end up cheating soon. Older men just cant do it like younger ones. You wont keep her satisfied in years to come. Sorry. Just what I have witnessed first hand

if u TRULY love her , go ahead, take a chance with destiny by asking her.
BUT think about this:
1. could u live with her?
2. make plans, get off work early sometimes?
3. spend money, take her out to eat, buy gifts.
4. wedding- $$
5. handle kids eventually?
6. make a good relationship with her family?
7. get her 2 meet urs?
...the big questions is...would you marry her, and not divorce after short time...?...make vows 2 bound ur love 2 her 4ever?
NEVER DATE OR BE SINGLE AGAIN?
think....then decide.

Depends. Is she 16 and you 32? Or is is more like your 40 and she's 24? Age is not a big deal if the relationship is appropriate and healthy.

YES! but only if she is 18 or older. And she is mature enough to handle a man that much older. It's not about the age it's that maturity level.

It depends. Are you 32 and she's 16? Then HELL NO. Is she 30 and you 46? Totally okay.

With you spelling skills I am inclined to believe that you are the one who is 16 years younger. Either that or you are marrying someone who is 2.

It depends on her age. If she is 30 or older that will be fine. Usually girls need that decade of their 20s to mature.
