There is no actual police code for 'speeding'.

There are police codes used when calling in to dispatch to inform them that you are going out on a traffic stop.

They very by agency and each has their own 'ten-codes' and 'signals' for use in radio transmissions.

I don't know any agency with a code or signal for speeding. We have one for a traffic stop, and one for a drunk driver. But not any other moving violations.
