He can't get over the fact that moved on from him and am now with someone else, he has just sent private intimate pictures of me to him and his and my friends to get me back? Please what can I do????
I live in Ontario Canada. I know his ip, how do I report him for violating his internet terms of service (he uses Rogers Yahoo Internet). What civil and what criminal avenues do I have?
I just need him to stop and leave me alone so I can get on with my life. :'( I was in an abusive realtionship for years with him...and he won't let me forget about it. Unfortunately this email he forwarded to me and his friends is the only proof of harassment I have. He's really good at covering his tracks. :(

There will be no easy fix but here's a few things for you do get started on:
File a report with your local police, bring the email and attachment.
Go to court and ask a judge for a restraining order against your ex. You'll tell to explain to the judge how he was abusive to you in the past, together with the new things he is doing. The judge should issue a restraining order (or whatever the equilviant is in your jurisdiction) preventing your ex from contacting you, make sure this includes email communication.
Google the internet service provide, find their contact information. Call them explain the situation to them, and see what they will do. I would imagine this would work better once you have filed a police report and got a restraining order.

Have you thought about getting a protection order against him?
I suggest contacting the police and asking them what your options are. You can also ask them for a referral to a victim's assistance agency, usually there is one affiliated with the prosecutor's office.
